The Donegal Angling Centre provides their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you create an account and/or place an order at The Donegal Angling Centre, it is taken that you accept these conditions so please read them carefully.
The Donegal Angling Centre (also referred to as "we", "us" or "our online shop" from hence forth) are dedicated to providing quality products and services to our customers.
We are not responsible for the actions of unsupervised children on the Internet or our online shop. Purchasing anything from our online shop means that you understand and accept responsibility for your own actions, thus releasing the proprietors and our service provider from all liability.
Default Currency
The default currency is Euros, prices may be viewed in other currencies. However, credit card orders will always be charged in Euros. Cheques and Money Orders must be denominated in Euros and should be made payable to
"Lough Swilly Flies & Angling Centre".
Availability of Product & Services
Since our online shop may be accessed from international locations where we do not do business, we do not represent that it is doing business in all such areas, or that its services will be available in any particular country or jurisdiction. Such products will only be made available in compliance with applicable laws, and only when we decided to offer them.

We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to its site, and is not responsible for the contents of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the site.
